Villa Leguano has been fully restyled and freshly painted, inside and out, offering a blend of modern comfort and cozy charm. The interior is stylishly furnished to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Outside, you’ll find a brand-new swimming pool with a luxurious lounge plateau and spacious pool deck, perfect for relaxation.
The villa also features a stunning palapa – a traditional tropical roof made of palm leaves and wood – providing an authentic touch of paradise. The beautifully landscaped garden offers plenty of shaded seating areas, sunbeds, and complete privacy, thanks to the elevated boundary.

We are pleased to offer our guests the following additional services:
Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM;
Standard check-out time is 10am;
For a guaranteed late check-out we charge a fee of €50, if available. We will then block an extra night in our agenda, so that you can stay in the villa until departure to the airport.
The economic use of electricity and water is very important to us. That is why we have chosen to charge the electricity and water used separately. You mainly control the energy consumption of the air conditioners, refrigerator and other equipment in the villa by yourself. Whether or not the air conditioning is used has a major influence on this, after 2 – 3 nights getting used to it, sleeping without air conditioning in the rooms, if well ventilated, is quite possible. All windows are therefore equipped with mosquito nets.
Based on meter readings and actual utility rates, we will settle the amount at the end of your stay.
The Julianadorp district:
Julianadorp falls under the Groot Piscadera area. The first houses were built in 1928. They were 40 houses with a 2nd floor. This district is called "old Julianadorp". Adjacent to this high-rise building, low-rise houses were built between 1945-1950, which were distributed in the district on the 3 residential hills. The lower areas were water catchment areas. Tropical construction was taken into account, so that, for example, the wind direction was decisive for the direction in which each house was placed. Julianadorp was also called the Shell district at the time. During the visit of the Dutch Queen Juliana to Curaçao in 1955, Julianadorp was officially given her name and the plaque on the monument in the school garden was unveiled by the Queen.
Julianadorp has short lines to all the beautiful places as a result of its geographical location, directly at Willemstad. Curacao is a relatively small island, but the roads are busy and especially the south side towards Jan Thiel is very sensitive to traffic. You won't be bothered by that here, the beautiful beaches of the Westpunt, and close to Blue bay (Blauwbaai), Boca beach, Kokomo beach, are super easy to reach and provide many options to spend the day. In addition to the beautiful beach and restaurant, Blue Bay resort also offers a golf course and a beautifully landscaped area with even flamingos. The ATM cash machine, many businesses in Curacao still use cash, is around the corner from our house, and the large beautiful supermarket Centrum Piscadera is 1 km away.
But in the immediate vicinity are also many restaurants, eateries in local style, and the large shopping center Sambil is less than 2.5 km away. Willemstad center Otrabanda, is a 10-minute drive away.
